Taking care of the paperwork PCS’s service includes preparation and submission of all Approval applications and compliance files. On project start, we will send you a list of all documentation that will be required. This will typically include: • Technical Description of the product • Block Diagram • Bill of Materials • Product Schematic (circuit diagram) • PCB Layout Drawings (for all layers of the board) • Component Layout Drawings (where not included above) • Antenna Specifications (including make, model and type, azimuth plots and peak gain expressed in dBi) • User Guide (English language) PCS will provide help and support where we can if any documentation is not readily available. To support the documentation you provide, a number of forms and declarations will be required. These will be prepared and completed by PCS so that all you have you do is sign. Removing the language barriers In countries where local language user guides are required, PCS will provide translation (to the minimum level required for Approval purposes), included in our quotation. Naturally, all translation and interpretation required during the course of the project is also included. No Delays - Guaranteed PCS will prepare all application dossiers and submit to the authorities via a fast and reliable courier. We guarantee that all applications will leave our office within 5 working days of receiving the necessary documentation from you (with priority dossiers leaving first). The job’s not over there, all shipments will be closely monitored and support given to assist with speedy customs clearance and delivery. Testing Testing In countries where foreign test reports are not accepted, local testing will be required. Usually 1-3 samples, plus support equipment must be shipped to a laboratory in the country. PCS will provide full assistance in clearing equipment through customs using the best brokers and our in-country contacts to ensure that there are no delays to your project. PCS can either provide dedicated technical support, or introduce your engineering team to our contacts at the test laboratory, so that you remain in full control of the testing process. Either way, during testing, PCS will constantly monitor progress and use our expertise to help in eliminating any problems. PCS are happy to attend testing on your behalf in any countries where additional support is required or where problems are anticipated. Keeping your sales team selling! PCS’s team of local agents worldwide will provide dedicated support and assistance in-country throughout the entire project. On request, these agents can hold approvals in their own name, allowing you greater flexibility with your sales strategy and opening doors in countries where you have no local office.
